Participants in this program learn about their strengths and challenges as managers and how to adapt to meet the needs of the people they oversee. Everything DiSC Sales®

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders®
This program encourages attendees to understand their own leadership behaviors and how these impact their effectiveness. Participants learn their own strengths and challenges on 18 leadership behaviors in the areas of Vision, Alignment, and Execution. The program encourages leaders to take action using personalized tips and strategies, context-specific feedback, and developmental steps. The report also includes the individual’s DiSC profile. DiSC is used in this program to help participants understand how their own tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations. Everything DiSC 363® for Leaders
This is a 360° evaluation, which enables leaders to receive feedback from superiors, direct reports, peers and other stakeholders (other employees, customers, Board members, etc.).
